Nigel Twigg
Partner/Senior Engineer
Nigel began his professional career in production and quality management having spent 10 years in the fenestration industry manufacturing high end bespoke glazing systems. After a short spell working as a project manager for a Nottingham based charity he joined Sercel England Ltd as a repair technician, Lead in cable specialist and offshore field service engineer.
After the experience gained under the strict quality expectations of the marine seismic acquisition industry Nigel increased his knowledge of fibre optic systems gaining industry recognised qualifications. He now applies this diverse experience to the fibre optic telecommunications and networking industry.
A committed family man, Nigel has a strong interest in physical fitness and the real world application of christian theology.

Waldemar Stefanski
Partner/Senior Engineer
Waldemar (Valdek) is an elecrtromechanical engineer with over 7 years experience working in a variety of engineering roles. He began his professional career serving in the Polish armed forces as an heavy unit mechanic before travelling to the UK to advance his career prospects.
On arrival Valdeks tenacity saw him through a number of jobs that enabled him to quickly gain fluency in english before advancing to become a mechanical test engineer producing precision components for companies such as Aston Martin. In 2010 Valdek joined Sercel England Ltd as a repair technician, Lead in cable specialist and offshore field service engineer repairing cables as far afield as the Arctic circle.
Valdek has a passion for travel and exploration and can usually be found rebuilding his BMW in his spare time.
